1.. Junior Technical & Business Associate

This position is designed for a young, open-minded professional willing to learn how a technology company operates end-to-end: from engineering and product definition to sales, marketing, and strategy.
Position Overview
As a Junior Technical & Business Associate, you will support the CEO in a wide range of activities spanning technical, commercial, and organizational domains. This is not a narrow role. It is an accelerated learning position where you will gain exposure to multiple disciplines and progressively take ownership of key tasks.
Scope
This position involves the following major responsibilities
- Support technical writing: white papers, application notes, product documentations
- Contribute to marketing materials: brochures, presentations, website content
- Assist in maintaining the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
- Participate in project planning and follow-up activities
- Support sales management: CRM updates, distributor coordination, tender preparation
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Assist in defining product positioning and strategy
- Support internal coordination between R&D, sales, and management
- Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and internal reviews
Competencies
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (Ethernet, IP)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to structure information and write clearly

- Basic knowledge of protocols such as PTP, NTP, or similar

The candidate must demonstrate more than 5 years of development experience in embedded Linux environments. 4.. Senior Business Development Manager
We are looking for a junior engineer in Electrical, Telecommunications or Electronics to be based in Barcelona (Spain). Should possess some knowledge in telecommunications and transmission technologies and have a passion to learn about new ones in telecommunication testing, equipment and its configuration.
Scope
This position involves the following major responsibilities:
- Find new Business channels
- Execute Marketing activities
- Execute Sales activities
Specific Duties
- Identifying new channels and clients
- Proactively develop sales opportunities
- Providing assistance and post-sale follow up to customerst
